Kristlenne Vicuña is an associate attorney at McKague Rosasco LLP.

She represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Vicuna aggressively works to obtain early resolutions to save her clients the time and expense of protracted litigation.

Her practice includes employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, Cal OSHA investigations and appeals, Department of Labor Standards Enforcement investigations and claims, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation and regarding best practices.

Education:

Ms. Vicuña obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law; she graduated with distinction. While at McGeorge, Ms. Vicuña was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Latino Law Students Association. She earned a Witkin Award in International Criminal Law. Before law school, Ms. Vicuña received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law and a Pre-Law Minor from University of the Pacific.

Admissions:

Ms. Vicuña is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
