Supervisor Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
All training must occur no later than January 1, 2021
McKague Rosasco LLP is now offering webinar interactive training.
California takes sexual harassment very seriously, and it is against the law. Despite greater awareness of sexual harassment and its harms, many workers are still subjected to harassment because of their sex or other protected characteristic. This training is legally required and designed to educate or remind everyone about what is- and is not- acceptable behavior in the workplace.
California Law Requires Employers with at least FIVE employees to provide TWO hours of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training for their supervisors.
All training must occur no later than January 1, 2021 and once every two years thereafter for supervisors or within six months of an employee's assumption of a supervisory position and once every two years thereafter.
Please note that this is a virtual event and has no physical location.
