Erica Rosasco, Partner at McKague Rosasco

Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, Americans with Disability Act defense, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation. 

 

Janelle Arsich, HR Consultant at HR To Go

Janelle has over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ms. Arsich’s focus is on employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, employee handbooks and legal compliance, to name a few of the many services she provides to her clients. Janelle has a Professional of Human Resources certification from UC Davis Extension and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Sacramento State.


Adrian Hoppes, Associate at McKague Rosasco

Adrian graduated law school in 2012 and now represents employers and managers in state and federal litigation, and in the defense of administrative complaints. With almost 20 years of combined experience, Adrian brings a keen understanding of the employment relationship with a practical approach to handling the complex legal requirements of California.

Employees have several different reasons for why a leave of absence is necessary. Ranging from jury duty to the Family Medical Leave Act, every leave of absence requires certain steps to be taken in order to properly comply with state and federal law. This seminar will inform you on how to properly handle benefits, pay, and other factors that play a role with leaves of absences.
